Drained

I haven’t fallen off the face of the planet. I’m just tired.
And I’ve just spent what little energy I had left today writing this post. Looking at a computer screen hurts my brain at this point, so we’ll chat later.

Not news to me

A woman wrote in to the Canadian Journalism Source asking if there’s money in a journalism career?
The answer she got: ummm, no.
But hey! If you want a career that’s “noble, distinguished and personally rewarding” then stick around! You’ve just got to work your ass off, move to Nunavut and kiss up to every journalist you [...]

Royal blue bird

Was at the zoo today with a Toronto photography group and shall post some of the resulting photos and digital art in the next few days. It was a great opportunity to get out with the camera and meet some new people while enjoying the zoo sans busy summer crowds.

Lest we forget

For those who have served… thank you.
